At LJ&R Footwear Ltd, we aim to provide quality products and excellent customer service.
We understand that occasionally issues may arise with an order. As a trade wholesaler, we do not operate a standard returns policy. Instead, all return requests are considered on a case-by-case basis.
If you experience an issue with any products supplied, please contact our Customer Service team with your order details and the reason for your return request.
All returns must be authorised by LJ&R Footwear Ltd before goods are sent back. Any refunds or credits will be agreed following assessment of the individual circumstances.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
